A limited liability corporation registered to the general manager of Motorsports International has bought the company’s Route 20 site in Auburn for just under $2.8 million.
The buyer is Jeremy Wentworth, the company’s general manager. The seller was a limited liability corporation registered to Michael Wade of East Brookfield. The sale closed Feb. 25.
Wade bought the site in 2004 for $500,000 before transferring it to the limited liability corporation.
The 2.7-acre site at 444 Washington St., which includes a 34,000-square-foot building built in 2006, was last assessed by the Town of Auburn at roughly $2.5 million.
