A few months after selling for $975,000, a 1.7-acre wooded lot in Ashland is slated to become an industrial garage-bay project.
The property at 0 Megunko Road was sold in November, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
A 12,325-square-foot industrial garage-bay project was approved in 2021 by the Town of Ashland, according to a Friday press release from Greater Boston Commercial Properties of Northborough.
The seller of the property was the Ashland Landscape Supply, LLC of Ashland, which was represented by Greater Boston Commercial Properties.
The buyer is TDM Megunko, LLC, a corporation registered to Thomas McClements, president of Tom’s Auto Body Inc. in Ashland.
The property was last sold in 2015 for $337,500. It is assessed by the Town of Ashland for $359,852.
