A nearly seven-acre industrial site in Uxbridge, which is the home of Nature’s Medicines cannabis dispensary, sold for $3.45 million to an Arizona-based firm, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.
The property at 1045 Quaker Highway was bought by Globe Street Management LLC, the Arizona-based firm which owns marijuana retailer Nature’s Medicines. Nature’s Medicines has locations in seven states, including two other Massachusetts sites besides the Uxbridge store, per its website.
The Uxbridge property includes a 28,000-square-foot facility, with the total property assessed by the Town at about $2.2 million, according to the Uxbridge assessors’ database.
The property was sold by an entity registered to Steven Bevilacqua, who owns an asphalt paving company located further down the road.
Bevilacqua sold the neighboring 1025 Quaker Highway to another paving firm in February for $2 million. He bought both 1025 and 1045 Quaker Highway together for $430,000 in 2014, according to the deeds registry.
