Abrams joined the company on Monday ahead of taking over the CFO role on Monday, May 10, according to a release from Arch. He will replace current CFO Richard Davis, who will remain with the company during a transition period to end on June 30 although he will continue on in a consulting role through the end of the year.

He has also served as a principal investor; investment banker; merchant banker; strategic and financial advisor; and board member. He is a graduate of UMass Amherst and the University of Chicago.
“I am pleased to welcome Mike to our leadership team. His deep and extensive experience in leading financial operations will support our immediate and ongoing commercialization and R&D efforts,” Arch CEO Dr. Terrence Norchi said in the release.
