Vice President of Finances and HR, Murray Brothers Construction, Leominster
Birthplace: Fitchburg
Residence: Northborough
High school: Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, Fitchburg
College and degree earned: Bachelor’s degree, Fitchburg State University
Career highlights: Through years of working up from an intern, I was determined to stay true to my beliefs. When I finally found my true, authentic self, I was able to (achieve) my full potential. My career highlights are built of the great connections I’ve made with people through my career.
Community involvement: I love encouraging people to believe in themselves, so my main focus in giving back is mentoring, but I partake in various volunteer work, mostly through my membership in the Women’s Initiative.
Ultimate career goal: Always remain a student
Non-relatives you admire most: Ms. Ambrozewicz, Brene Brown, Laurie-Ann Murabito
Favorite book: (Currently) “The Road Less Traveled,” by M. Scott Peck
Hidden talents: I tell people I’m a carpenter. That’s not entirely accurate, but I love woodworking. I also really love math.
“By the time I turn 50, I’d like to have accomplished … a lot more failures, and a math degree.”
