Anna Maria launches master of social work program

Anna Maria College in Paxton is accepting applications for its new master of social work program for the fall, according to a statement released Wednesday.
The program provides students an advanced level of study, including traditional classroom instruction as well as hands-on internship placements, preparing them for careers in a variety of settings, including social services agencies, hospitals, treatment centers, correctional facilities, schools and state agencies, Anna Maria said.
Students can participate in a full- or part-time program that runs on weeknights and weekends.
