AnchorPoint signs major retail customer

Framingham-based AnchorPoint, a software firm specializing in telecom expense management solutions, announced that it has finalized an agreement with the nation's largest retailer of arts and crafts materials.
The new client will use AnchorPoint's 'AnchorPoint Retail' product, a software program designed to help retailers align their expenses within revenue goals.
In the case of this customer, AnchorPoint will deliver a managed services package in a multi-year agreement. The terms of the agreement with the unnamed customer support the entire order-to-pay process, including provisioning for new store openings.
