Framingham-based Ameresco Inc. has purchased the assets of Ennovate Corp., a Colorado-based energy services company.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Jeff Schuster, president of Ennovate, will assume the role of vice president of Ameresco's central region office. The Ameresco and Ennovate Colorado offices will be combined at the current Ennovate location in Aurora, Colo.
