AllCare Plus Pharmacy Inc. recently purchased an office building in Northborough, and will relocate its headquarters there from Worcester, according to a statement from Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates.
AllCare bought the 60,000-square-foot building at 50 Bearfoot Road, Northborough, for $2.5 million, Kelleher & Sadowsky said. The realtor represented AllCare in the transaction.
AllCare intends to renovate a significant portion of the building and relocate its headquarters from Worcester, the statement said. About a third of the building is currently leased to SolmeteX, a company that specialized in water chemistry, hazardous materials and recycling, the statement said.
AllCare Plus Pharmacy, currently at 12 Plymouth St. in Worcester, is a specialty pharmacy that provides a full range of pharmacy services, while specializing in complex medication management. The company’s president and CEO, Daniel Apelian, could not be reached for comment Friday morning.
The Seller, Bearfoot Realty, Inc. was represented by Matthew Morgan at Cushman & Wakefield, the statement said.
