Farm-to-table and craft beer would not be where they are today if not for this husband and wife. Anyone who has dined in Worcester in the last five years owes them thanks for bringing the city farm-to-table dining for the first time at Armsby Abbey and craft beer at the Dive Bar.
When they first opened Armsby and the Dive, the city was just beginning its culinary transformation, but the couple pushed this new market through. In the farm-to-table dining wake they created restaurants such as Volturno, deadhorse hill and Bull Mansion have surfaced.
