Aetna acquires Schaller Anderson

In a more than $500 million deal, Hartford-based Aetna completed the acquisition of Schaller Anderson Inc., a provider of health care management services for Medicaid plans. The acquisition of Schaller, based in Phoenix will create a bigger presence for Aetna in the Medicaid market and more options for profitable growth.
