Lionheart Ventures, a Pennsylvania strategic investment firm specializing in the aerospace industry has acquired A1 Machining Co. Inc. of New Britain, a 50-employee manufacturer of precision parts for aircraft jet engines used on Boeing and Airbus jumbo jets. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
