The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The Lebanon operations will remain in its current Lebanon location; the Londonderry operation has moved to Manchester, according to ATG.
Through the acquisition, ATG, along with partner McDevitt Trucks Inc., plans to provide fully-authorized service to Freightliner and Western Star owners throughout Ne Hampshire. Service will be provided out of locations in Manchester, Lancaster, Seabrook and Lebanon, according to the announcement.
