Natick-based Advanced Lumitech Inc., creators of the world’s first photographic quality glow-in-the-dark paper, has changed its company name to Brightec, Inc.
According to the company, the name change will unify brand identity with corporate identity, allowing Brightec to spotlight their core products while creating name recognition for the company.
Stockholders at a special meeting held in late September approved the name change. The Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was filed in Nevada on October 25.
