Thrive Adult Primary Care’s 835 W Central St. location in Franklin is slated for a grand opening and ribbon cutting on Nov. 30, according to the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce.
The organization says it aims to teach patients best practices for prevention in addition to treating illnesses and injury, with evidence-based counseling for smoking cessation, diet and exercise and stress management.
Mary Medeiros is listed as the provider for the organization. According to a profile on Thrive’s website, she completed an internal medicine residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester and holds a master in public health degree from UMass Amherst.
She held previous stints as an academic hospitalist for UMass and then as a primary care physician at Reliant Medical Group in Milford.
