The Addiction Referral Center in Marlborough has named Kelly McCausland of Milford as its new executive director, the nonprofit announced on Wednesday.

McCausland, who holds a master’s degree in public administration from Northeastern University in Boston and a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Westfield State College, is the founder of Prana Recovery Centers in Marlborough.
“We are fortunate to have Kelly as our executive director,” said Tracey Gustafson, president of the ARC’s board of directors, in a statement. “Her experience and education are a perfect match to support the ARC in continuing to be mission driven.”
ARC has been in business for 45 years, providing substance use disorder education and outreach, support meetings, recovery coaching and other services for both those suffering from substance use disorder and their family members.
