Worcester-based drug and alcohol treatment center operator AdCare has completed its acquisition of SSTAR of North Kingstown, R.I., the company announced.
The deal for the North Kingstown treatment facility, now called AdCare Rhode Island, was initially announced in June for an undisclosed amount. The deal, completed Oct. 1, expands AdCare’s reach beyond its current outpatient services in Boston, North Dartmouth, Quincy, Worcester, West Springfield and Warwick, R.I..
