AdCare changes logo to reflect Worcester ties

AdCare Hospital unveiled a new logo Wednesday to grace all its locations, a new branding effort paying homage to the city of Worcester, where the addiction treatment center is headquartered. 

The new logo, a white heart surrounded by a green circle, bears a recognition to Worcester’s nickname as The Heart of the Commonwealth. According to a press release put out by the hospital, the new logo also reflects the “immense heart that each of our providers bring to our treatment programs and patients.”

“At the top of AdCare’s list of core values is compassion and caring,” said AdCare CEO Romas Buivydas in the statement. “Both are essential ingredients in the treatment we provide that is not only effective but kind, nonjudgmental and grounded in a real understanding of what our patients have endured in their struggles with addiction.”

The new logo will be displayed at AdCare’s two inpatient treatment programs, AdCare Hospital in Worcester and AdCare Rhode Island in North Kingstown, as well as its seven outpatient/telehealth programs throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
