Worcester-based AdCare Hospital has promoted Jan C. Hughes to placement coordinator.
Hughes previously served as human resources assistant for the alcohol and drug treatment facility. In her new position, she will develop placement resources that provide patients throughout New England with psychiatric and medical support.
In the past, Hughes has worked as executive director of Faith House, a female residential program in Worcester, and as grant writer and management of outpatient and DUI programming at Henry Lee Willis Center in Worcester.
Hughes has graduate and undergraduate degrees from Clark University and a certificate in human resources from Assumption College. She is a Worcester resident.
