Acton business technology provider Printer Support Corporate has been purchased by a Rhode Island firm.
Warwick-based Automated Business Solutions announced its acquisition of PSC last month. The sale price was not disclosed.
PSC, doing business out of Acton since 1977, has 15 employees and offers printing and office technology from Burroughs, Craden, Epson, HP, Panini and Xerox.
The company joins the much larger ABS, which operates in five locations within three states with 75 employees.
“We are excited to be taking on such a prosperous, innovative and successful company," said ABS CEO and co-founder Alan Albergaria in a press release. “After building such a successful legacy, we look forward to having them on board and are confident that this will be the beginning of a fruitful future for both our company and all of our clients.”
