InfoTree Investment LLC has purchased the building at 30 Nagog Park in Acton for $1.17 million according to the broker, Marlborough-based O'Brien Commercial Properties Inc.
The 13,194 square-foot building, built in 1983, has been home to Liberty Mutual Insurance Co.'s local sales office since the early 1990s, according to O'Brien. InfoTree will now occupy the building as well, as the company plans to relocate its business operations from 268 Great Rd. in Acton.
Eric O'Brien and Joseph Belsito, both of O'Brien Commerical Properties, represented InfoTree in the sale, while Rory Walsh from Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller, ND/Winrock.
