Acton-based Psychemedics Corp. has been accredited by the Commission on Laboratory Accreditation of the College of American Pathologists for forensic drug testing on hair.
The accreditation is based on commission inspections of the company’s Culver City, Calif. laboratory, the company said. The company has been accredited for urine testing for 10 years.
Psychemedics uses hair samples to test for what it calls “drugs of abuse.”
