Video software make SeaChange International Inc. of Acton has given interim CEO Raghu Rau the job on a permanent basis.
Rau was appointed in November 2011. The company said he has led an “aggressive strategy” to focus the company on its core software business for video service providers “while significantly reducing the overall cost structure” for the company. Rau will also retain his seat on the company’s board of directors.
