Mintera Corp., an Acton-based maker of high-speed data transport systems, has appointed two new vice presidents.
Rick Lane is the company's new vice president of operations, a job that involves managing the production of the company's products and its supplier and contract manufacturing relationships.
Bryan Siegal is the new vice president of quality and customer satisfaction.
Lane comes to Mintera from Motorola, where he built an IP router and managed network services division into an independent business. He received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania.
Siegal has been a Mintera employee for nearly two years, helping to set up the company's manufacturing and quality systems. Before joining the company, he served as vice president of operations at Optovia Corp. in Acton and as vice president of manufacturing at PhontonEx of Maynard.
Siegal received a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of Massachusetts and a master's degree in engineering management from Northeastern University.
