Meridian Associates Inc., a Beverly-based civil engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture firm with an office in Westborough, has acquired Sustainnovation Consulting Inc. of Concord.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Meridian said the acquisition will add to its offerings in energy strategy, efficiency, conservation, waste reduction and other areas. The company currently offers land development consulting services to corporate, commercial, industrial and public clients.
Sustainnovation will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Meridian. Firm co-founder Rob Howe will serve as president of the new division.
