Accounting firm Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co. will leave its offices at 3 Tech Circle in Natick for an office at Watermill Center in Waltham.
Providence, R.I.-based Kahn Litwin has been at the Tech Circle location since the first of the year, when it acquired Sullivan, Shuman & Freedberg, an accounting firm based there. The firm occupied about 8,500 square feet at 3 Tech Circle and will expand to 15,111 square feet in Waltham.
Watermill Center is a 206,722-square-foot, Class A office building owned by New Boston Fund.
According to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., the Wayland-based commercial real estate firm that represented Kahn Litwin in the transaction, both 3 Tech Circle and Watermill Center are mostly occupied. New Boston Fund was represented in the Kahn Litwin lease by Newmark Knight Frank, an international commercial real estate firm with an office in Boston.
