Moses Z. Makor, a registered nurse with Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, has been named a Tenet Hero by Tenet Healthcare, the hospital's parent company. This month, Makor travels to Liberia with a UMass Memorial Medical Center team to care for Ebola patients. A native of Liberia, Makor has set up local education panels and raised $12,000 for critical supplies to help fight the disease.
