Bob Malone

Bob Melone, a mortgage loan officer with radius financial group, which has offices in Marlborough, ranked amongst the top percentile of mortgage originators by National Mortgage News, in its 2016 Top Producers list, at No. 227.

Mary McDonald earned her certified financial planner (CFP) designation. A financial advisor at Hudson-based Avidia Bank, she has worked there since 2005.

Rita Schiano of West Warren earned a strategic intervention coaching certificate from Robbins-Madanes Training. She is a speaker, resilience strategist and adjunct professor at the Sturbridge campus of Bay Path University.

Oriol Health Care of Holden won Pinnacle Quality Insight Customer Experience Award for its two nursing facilities – Holden Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center in Holden and Oakdale Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center. Pinnacle offers customer-satisfaction measurements to senior care providers.

Tina Bilazarian Inc. Realtors won a Member Achievement Award by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a global community of more than 500 independent real estate firms. The award was presented at an awards gala Feb. 25 in Miami Beach, Fla. The real estate firm is based in Boylston.

Gardner's Mount Wachusett Community College won the Boston Foundation's Deval Patrick Award for Community Colleges, a $50,000 award. The college was chosen for its Advanced Manufacturing Technology Programs – stackable programs that address local employer training needs.

Alan Ellman of Natick won the CAREFirst Award at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. He has served as a volunteer at Newton-Wellesley since last June.

Worcester's Commerce Bank earned the highest designation, Blue Ribbon Bank, from banking analysis firm VERIBANC Inc., for the quarter ending Dec. 31. It's the 12th consecutive quarter that the bank has achieved this recognition.

Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury won Center of Excellence honors from BMW of North America LLC, one of 32 dealerships nationwide to do so. Dealers are measured against their peers on 11 key performance indicators, including customer orientation, aftersales and sales data.
