Accolades

Online fundraiser, cMarket granted $2,000 to Greater Worcester Habitat for Humanity in honor of its 2,000th auction milestone. Greater Worcester Habitat for Humanity will use the donation to fund its Stowell Avenue Project, which marks Habitat∀ˆ™s 25th and 26th homes in the area. Greater Worcester Habitat also held an online auction run by cMarket which raised $3,800 as a run up to its fourth annual Raising the Roof gala.

National Grid employees delivered a $30,000 donation to New England Dog Assistance Services (NEADS) in Princeton for its Canine for Combat Veterans Program. As winners of National Grid∀ˆ™s Chairman∀ˆ™s Award, Al Chieco, Mike McCallan, Chip Wetherell and Paul Graham, pictured above, from left to right, selected NEADS as the recipient of the National Grid donation, which will be used to sponsor dogs for three disabled combat veterans.
