AA Transportation owner purchases Boylston building for $630K

A 6,000-square-foot Boylston building housing an electronics company has been sold to a Shrewsbury real estate developer and investor for $630,000.

The property at 45 Main St. was sold to ME Realty, LLC., a Shrewsbury-based entity registered to Ron Ernenwein, the owner of Shrewsbury limo company AA Transportation. Land records show Ernenwein took out a mortgage of $472,500 to help finance the purchase.

According to A. Murray Real Estate, which brokered the sale, Ernenwein purchased the property as an investment.

The seller was listed as 45 Main St., LLC, an entity registered to Milford man Stephen Franks. Worcester real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowski represented the seller.

The Worcester County Registry of Deeds shows the purchase is the fifth an Ernenwein property investment company has made since 2007.
