Charter Communications of Worcester has appointed Tim Noonan as operations manager of Connecticut systems.
Noonan previously served as manager of systems engineering in Massachusetts for the cable and telecommunications company. He has more than 21 years of experience in the industry, including a stint with Continental Cable.
Noonan attended Holyoke Community College, focusing on technical and managerial coursework. He is a Junior League Hockey coach for the AAA Springfield Pics.
