A Worcester-based packaging supply company signed a lease Friday for 66,800 square feet of space in Hudson.
Industrial Packaging plans to use the warehouse, office and flex space at 428 Main St. to service packaging and logistics for Swiss company Lindt Chocolate, according to Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial properties, which represented the landlord.
The facility will be Industrial Packaging’s third location, O’Brien said, and the company plans to move in July 15. Terms of the lease are not being disclosed, O’Brien said.
The 82,000-square-foot building was built in 1977 and is owned by Worcester-based First American Realty, according to town property records. Greater Boston Commercial Properties began listing the property in February, and continues to market the building’s remaining 15,200 square feet of office and flex space.
Industrial Packaging was represented by Peter Kovago of Worcester-based Glickman Kovago & Co.
