A 4,690-square-foot building at 15 Sawin St. in Marlborough has been sold for $630,000 and will be the home of Patriot Ambulance Inc.’s Marlborough service.
An organization known as 15 Sawin Street LLC bought the building from Carebase Inc., according to Worcester commercial real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates Inc., which brokered the deal. According to the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s office, 15 Sawin Street LLC is run by David J. Walton and Maurice P. Ryan.
Patriot will provide the city of Marlborough’s ambulance service from the Sawin Street location. The company is based in Chelmsford and employs more than 200 people.
