Tuyet Tran
Then: Director of community & rehabilitation services at Community Healthlink
Now: Project director at Behavioral Health Partners of Metrowest, Framingham
Tran, who arrived with her family as Vietnamese refugees in the mid-1970s, takes pride in forming and developing Worcester’s Southeast Asian Coalition of Central Massachusetts, which supports immigrants and refugees. After nearly two decades at Community Healthlink in Worcester, where she directed a program to help those using hospital emergency services for non-medical psychosocial needs, she joined Behavioral Health Partners in March 2018 in a newly created role, where she’s in charge of the agency’s behavioral health community partner program and collaborates with the executive director on relations with MassHealth, accountable care organizations and primary care physicians. – G.W.
