Since 2001, Bostek has given her talent and efforts to a range of Worcester health-related organizations: Unum, UMass Medical School, Fallon Health and YOU Inc. Since 2017, she’s led YOU Inc., a Worcester child welfare nonprofit, overseeing a vast operation including counseling centers in Gardner, Southbridge and Worcester, along with school-based counseling services and inpatient centers like the Cottage Hill Academy and George Bernardin Oxford House. Bostek joined YOU Inc. from Fallon Health, where she was vice president of senior care services, a job including growth planning, marketing, outreach, and relationship management with community partners, government authorities, advocacy organizations and providers. Bostek served on the board of Children’s Friend, an affiliate of the Worcester nonprofit Seven Hills Foundation helping children and families. – Profile written by Grant Welker
What is your proudest accomplishment? Raising three boys who have become authentic and generous young men with integrity, compassion & strong work ethics, while pursuing my professional and personal goals. It can be done!
What did 40 Under Forty mean to you? That what I believed to be important and true – hard work and giving back – matters. I remember feeling incredibly honored at such a young age to receive this distinguished recognition.
