As most recent college graduates are looking to find entry-level jobs, Hally decided to start his own company.
He partnered with Justin Matsen to co-found Munq, a Worcester-based creative agency providing brand strategy, videography, and web development services. Since starting Munq during the COVID-19 pandemic, Hally has created an impressive brand, rapidly increasing revenue and clients and ultimately becoming a familiar face in Worcester. Hally has been hired by his alma mater, Clark University in Worcester, to assist with the production of enrollment video assets. In the entrepreneurship department at Clark and the various boards he serves on, he is the youngest member and professor. He enjoys mentoring high school and college students as they begin their entrepreneurial journeys and has volunteered at nonprofits EforAll and Start Up Worcester. He dedicates time to serving on the Quinsigamond Community College Foundation and The Guild of Saint Agnes Board of Directors in Worcester.
