More Information

Five years after graduating from trade school, some blue collar workers might be satisfied with steady employment at someone else’s company.

Instead, Arsenault branched out on his own by founding Domination Plumbing & Heating in 2019. Since then, the multimillion-dollar company has grown to more than 15 employees, offering a variety of plumbing, HVAC, and heating-related services to 39 communities across Central Massachusetts. Arsenault purchased an underutilized Leominster property for $130,000 in 2020 before leading efforts to rezone the property and renovate the existing building into Domination’s headquarters, all before his 28th birthday. Taking advantage of tech-savviness commonly found among today’s younger generations, Domination has had success in expanding its client list through its social media channels. When not taking a moment to admire his company’s shiny new fleet of vehicles or reflect on the progress Domination has already made, Arsenault assists the local community by offering veteran, elderly, and first-responder discounts and through volunteer work at Sharing is Caring Thrift Shop & Food Pantry in Clinton.
