More Information

Mark Agostinelli joined DAVIS in 2009 right out of college. His immediate impact led to him becoming the sales manager soon and, within one year of becoming sales manager, being promoted to sales director. Agostinelli was promoted to regional vice president, Northeast in 2017, joining the executive team and taking over DAVIS’ largest operational region. His three-person leadership staff and team of 25 manages four different business units totalling $18 million in revenue.

As regional vice president, he landed a global onsite program with Lowell cloud services provider Kronos, Inc. for $8 million in recurring revenue while leading profitable business units through the pandemic without layoffs. Agostinelli has participated in many United Way 5K’s with the DAVIS impact team, one of which he ran while pushing his sons in a stroller and placing third. He participates in lacrosse and golf tournaments to fundraise for causes like ALS research and the Jake Maxfield Connection, a New Hampshire literacy foundation providing books to disadvantaged youth. He is a member of the Pink Whales Foundation in Boston, engaging young professionals in community participation and fundraising for ALS research, and supports the 15-40 Connection in Westborough, bringing attention to early cancer detection. Agostinelli launched his own podcast, Beers and Careers, which he hosts.

Favorite Central Mass. restaurant? One Eleven Chop House. The steaks are great, and I love the dirty martinis!

After months of pandemic life, would you like to work from home more? I really avoided it at all costs before the pandemic, because I’m a creature of habit and enjoy the office. But, lunches with my family and eliminating any commute have been a bonus. I’m very excited to get back in the office, but could see myself spending a day or so per week from home moving forward.
