A 35,500 square foot leasing spree at the New England Industrial Park in Holliston has just been completed in four separate transactions.
Three separate warehouse leases totaling 18,500 square feet were secured by Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial properties for landlord RLM Realty Trust at 91 Kuniholm Drive. The three tenants were Boston Document Systems, Craters & Freighters, and IPL Equipment, Inc. Boston Document Systems services and repairs copy machines and distributes them to office users. IPL is a sprinkler and irrigation company, according to Gatti.
Bret O’Brien represented the landlord BMW Realty, LLC at 75 October Hill Road in a lease extension for Abbess Instruments. The extension totals 17,000 square feet, of which 14,000 square feet is high bay warehouse and 4,000 square feet is finished office space. Abbess Instruments engineers and manufactures custom cryogenic vacuum chambers for a multitude of industries including aerospace and biotechnology, according to O’Brien.
