$29M Marlborough assisted living facility to open in November

A Waltham developer of senior living facilities is opening a 104-bed assisted living and memory care community in Marlborough.

The facility, the Branches of Marlboro by Benchmark Senior Living, is expected to open this November, the company said in a press release. 

The $29-million project is the company’s second assisted living facility after a opening a similar 52-unit facility in North Attleboro in 2017.

The Marlborough facility will house 104 residents and include a number of amenities, like an outdoor patio, fire pit, beauty salon, library, fitness center and bistro featuring all-day dining. 

A similar project is currently being constructed in Framingham and is slated to open in January 2020.
