Jones Lang LaSalle said it has helped secure leases for 235,000 square feet of space in the Devens Industrial Park over the past month.
Andover-based Quiet Logistics agreed Oct. 30 to lease the 184,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility at 235 Barnum Road from Inland American Realty Trust, according to Rick Schuhwek, executive vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle. Quiet Logistics helps companies fill e-commerce orders using robotics technology and already had space at Devens.
Also, Chelmsford-based WNA signed a lease Nov. 1 for 51,000 square feet of industrial space at 50 Independence Drive. The WNA lease fills out the 234,287-square-foot building.
Hackman Capital and Calare Properties own 50 Independence Drive, which has rail access, loading docks and steel-reinforced concrete floors. WNA manufacters disposable drinkware, dinnerware, serving ware, cutlery and custom packaging.
Schuhwek declined to provide the lengths or financial details of the leases.
