Birthplace: New Jersey
Residence: Marlborough
High school: Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School, Marlborough
Colleges: Attended Quinsigamond Community College and Fitchburg State University; received diploma as a GIA Accredited Jewelry Professional.
Career highlights: Starting and running my own business at the age of 28; being named Marlborough’s Person of the Year; receiving my diploma from GIA; and hosting my first fundraiser, for two female senior students from Assabet Valley who will be continuing their education in the jewelry or design field.
Community involvement: Regular supporter and sponsor of, as well as a donor to, numerous nonprofit businesses, fundraisers and local small businesses.
Ultimate career goal: To open up WearLex boutiques around New England, continue my education in jewelry and graphic design, and expand my involvement with women and youth in the community.
Non-relative you admire most: Steve Jobs
Hidden talents: I’m seriously awesome at interior design; I have an eye for it and can decorate a room for less than $100 without skimping out on quality.
“By the time I turn 50, I’d like to have accomplished … opening up my first WearLex Boutique and to have become a recognizable business and name in the jewelry industry.”
