Career highlights: Within five years of starting as an entry-level scientist, I was managing one of BSC’s top clients. After nine years, I was promoted to manager of ecological services, responsible for over $3 million in contracts, and appointed to BSC’s management committee (youngest member to date).
Community involvement: Working with NEADS (National Education for Assistance Dog Services) as a weekend puppy raiser. Also a member of the Ayer Conservation Commission and the Stormwater Committee; and a plant conservation volunteer for the New England Wildflower Society.
Ultimate career goal: To exceed my own expectations wherever I land.
Non-relatives you admire most: Leonardo da Vinci and Tina Fey.
Favorite book: I’m not one to choose a favorite anything. However, when I reach for a book, I tend to crave Jane Austen or similar period pieces.
Hidden talents: I’m an extremely talented shower and/or car vocalist and am known for consuming more food than should be humanly possible for someone my size.
