Two recent lease transactions have helped bring 28,075-square-foot Westborough office building to nearly full occupancy.
According to Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, who represented the property owner, the building at 76 Otis St. is at 91 percent occupancy.
The landlord, Westborough-Otis Street Realty, recently leased 3,500 square feet of second-floor space to Moelicious LLC, a franchisee of Moe’s Southwest Grill. That space has frontage and visibility at the intersection with Route 9, the brokerage firm said in a statement. Bret O’Brien also represented the landlord for that deal.
In addition to Moe’s, 4,200 square feet of the building were leased to Cre8 LLC, a design studio represented by Eric Brosler of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate.
Gatti said space was also recently leased by ERA Key Realty; he added that other tenants include Gymboree, All Dental Associates, a Verizon vendor, and Escape Hair Salon.
