LRP Recycling manages large-scale recycling projects for mattresses, furniture, and electronic waste, serving clients such as hotels, universities, military bases, and municipalities.

The Holliston company oversees the full process, including on-site removal, transportation, and material breakdown. Its operations depend on coordination with logistics partners, recycling processors, and manufacturers that reuse recovered materials. Materials such as steel, wood, foam, and textiles are separated and sent to downstream users for incorporation into new products, requiring consistent communication across multiple partners to meet quality standards.

Since its founding, LRP has completed more than 4,300 projects and diverted 17,694 truckloads of material from landfills.

In the past year, the company handled more than 250 projects and diverted more than 700 tractor-trailer loads, while building processes to manage high-volume work across multiple materials. Its operations are structured to handle projects across multiple sites while maintaining consistent execution and material recovery.
