Manufacturing remains a passion for Masiello, whose construction firm has spent decades helping industrial companies expand across Central Massachusetts. He is helping the David Clark Co. relocate to a new 160,000-square-foot Worcester headquarters while completing projects for Exosens, Marmon Utility, Worcester Academy, Chacharone Properties, and UN1F1ED2 Global Packaging Group’s new 465,000-square-foot facility in Westminster. Over a career spanning more than 50 years, Masiello estimates he has helped construct more than 300 buildings and complete more than 1,000 renovations, leaving a lasting imprint on the region’s built environment.
What unique skill sets you apart from others? My memory and perspective. I’ve spent a lifetime learning from the people who built Central Massachusetts and the industries that shaped it.
What is one habit powerful leaders should practice every day? Responsibility to the people around you and your community. Practicing empathy matters.
