Nicole LaCroix has risen from managing small construction projects to overseeing Dube Construction Management’s most complex work and its field staff.
LaCroix’s largest undertaking is a construction project exceeding $100 million for a Fortune 500 company. She has built a reputation for detailed, customer-focused project management, with clients requesting her by name for subsequent work.
Her projects have spanned corporate, nonprofit, and educational organizations across Central Massachusetts. She credits her ability to read people and situations with helping her manage client relationships and partnerships while keeping projects moving.
LaCroix serves on the YWCA Central Massachusetts board and co-chairs its Tribute to Women fundraising event, helping secure sponsors, raffle items, ticket sales, and vendors. She has supported other community efforts benefiting seniors, children, and human services organizations.
Do you prefer working from home or the office? I like the flexibility working from home offers, but I love the camaraderie of an office environment.
