Through Synergy’s acquisition of 1 Chestnut St., Greaney is spearheading what is expected to be the largest office-to-residential conversion in Massachusetts, bringing hundreds of mixed-income apartments to the city center. The project builds on his firm’s growing Worcester presence, which includes investments at 446 Main St. and efforts to attract new retail, restaurant, and events downtown.
