Yatco owners buy new Clinton retail sites for $6.5M

The owners of Marlborough-based Yatco Energy have purchased three newly developed retail sites in Clinton, including a gas station, a Starbucks, and a Wendy’s, for $6.5 million.

Tarek and Khadijeh Yatim, the husband-and-wife owners of Yatco Energy, purchased the three parcels at 830, 860, and 870 Main St. in a deal finalized on Monday, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records.

Yatco Energy operates 19 gas stations and convenience stores across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, according to its website.

The site at 830-870 Main St. was formerly a disused warehouse before it was redeveloped into retail properties by Needham-based Waterstone Properties Group, which purchased the site for $1.5 million in March 2025.

Yatco’s purchase did not include two lots with new buildings housing Valvoline and Chase bank locations.
