The Westview Apartment complex in Worcester and adjacent commercial space is under new ownership, following a $12 million sale.The site, located at 566-582 West Boylston St. and two adjacent properties, was sold in a deal finalized on Tuesday, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records.The property was sold by Westview Realty Limited Partnership, a Boylston-based entity managed by David Murphy, and purchased by Ermani Properties, a Worcester-based entity managed by Maria Long.The site features 10 commercial units, with tenants that include a Subway restaurant and Route 12 Cafe, according to Google Maps listings, as well as 42 residential units. Long is the mother of prominent Worcester multifamily developer Michael Ermani, according to Dan DiRoberto, who facilitated the deal. As some of the units become vacant, the buyer will go in and do some upgrades.”The commercial space was first constructed in 1960, while the apartments were built in the 1970s, according to City of Worcester property records.
